Scandaleux Bus Paris vers Amsterdam, le vendredi 18 Aout 2023, 7h20 de trajet, sans toilettes, sans wifi, et avec un chauffeur insultant. Flixbus ne respecte pas ses propres prestations de voyage, et refuse les remboursements. Ce sont des pratiques frauduleuses. Et en prenant connaissance des autres avis, cela ressemble à une politique volontaire de la part de cette société.

Absolutely nothing to like.
DO NOT BOOK. UNRELIABLE & UNTRUSTWORTHY. Got stranded in Amsterdam due to Eurostar strikes. Paid £130 for a coach home. Coach due to depart at 9.30pm and arrive in London at 8am. Bus turned up at 1am and got to our destination at 1pm. Absolutely disgraceful. We were left standing waiting wondering whether we were going home that night. No form of communication or contact from BlaBlaBus. No apology. Bus stated it had power outlets, which it did not. In fact bus was not even a BlaBlaBus. Driver drove the whole 12 hour trip alone, which is also illegal. No toilet on bus. No food. No drinks. I complained over a week ago and have been promised a refund as there policy states a full refund over 2 hours late, yet now they seem to have disappeared and are ignoring my emails with no sign of refund! Disgusting company and I will never be using ever again.

I am from Holland. Drivers in the bus were brutal and spoke only polish. I didn't understand te polish language and i asked to speak also in english or German. They couldn't speak other languages and told me: you are in Poland and you have to speak polish. What an idiots. When they drive to Holland can they speak the dutch language? In Slubice i had to go to another bus. Everyone went out of the bus and i went to the toilet. When i came back, the bus was gone (with my luggage). Finally i found the bus and i spoke to the driver. He SHOUTED in Polish language to me: go to that direction nr 3. I know a little polish words and i understood him. Normal speaking to me he couldn't. The angry man could not speak a word in English or German. There are many other negative things i could tell you but the last thing i will tell you is that the trip not 18 hours but 20 hours were. For me never again Sindbad bus.

Bus driver waited at one stop for 15min when passengers were going to run "3min" late. However later on the bus driver left to early at a 45min break, clearly did not count if all passengers were on board and left a passenger behind in the middle of the ride.
Bus was according to email from the company going to be 6 hours late. Without giving any updates of further delays the bus was actually 8,5 hours delayed. Blablacar bus only provided passengers with a 10 Euro voucher for food and drinks, now - 3 months later - I still have not received that money back. Bus driver left to early on a 45min break at a service station in Belgium and without counting if everybody is back on board... I got left behind; the bus did not come back for me (not long before that the driver was willing to wait extra 15min for passengers that were running late...). Blablacar bus told me to wait where I was and promised they would take care of it and apologized for the inconvenience. They reassured me another bus will come to pick me up and informed me throughout my waiting time at the service station that my luggage had been taken care of and has been brought to a "secure place". To cut this short, I was waiting at this service station the whole day, the promised bus(ses) never arrived, the support team at some point in the afternoon just stopped communicating with me and I had to hitchhike all the way back to the UK. When I went to the "secure place" to pick up my luggage it was a garage that was clearly not secure (!) as only parts of my hand luggage were still there (even though blablacar bus had called me to confirm all my luggage had arrived at this place). When I walked in there I could have taken literally any item of luggage and nobody would have cared or stopped me from it. Until today despite many complaints and trying to get in contact with them again and again they did not do anything about it and of course no compensation whatsoever. Most unprofessional bus company I have ever been traveling with (and I do travel by bus a lot)!!!

The bus stopped every 30-60 mins which caused a huge delay. Especially stop right before a station for no reason after 30 mins of ride! Never gonna travel with flix again.

Communication was so poor.. was an hour early for my bus at 9:20 and it got to 10:20 and hadn’t shown up. Then at 10:40 another bus came and said the 9:20 had departed and we were all late. Very belittling and as a female travelling solo for the first time, really scary. The driver let me on eventually but made me pay for a whole new ticket and everyone else on that bus simply missed our. The help line said out of service and we had no emails about a delay or anything. Just so disappointing as it’s my first experience with travelling long distance by bus and I felt unsafe and scared. Reading other reviews makes me realise I won’t even get a refund for the money either.

Bus was late, driver dozes away a couple of times on our way to Dover, the other driver at Vic station told us we need a COVID pp for France, give it a try if not let through another blabla bus will bring me back to London but no bus to go back so hot stuck in Dover in the middle of the night Worst company ever

They scammed me. The bus should have departed 22.20. At that time an email arrives and say that the bus is delayed 360 minutes (6 HOURS). At 4 in the morning. Another mails arrive advising that the delay is 420 minutes more. I should have been now in London for The Rolling Stones concert. I’m not and I spent one of the worst nights of my life. They don’t answer phone calls. Never use bla bla bus. They destroyed me.

The bus was on time, I guess.
First, blablabus asks us if we wish to pay 4 euros more for selecting the seat, and the bus doesn't have the correct seating numbers and everyone sits at whatever place they want. Glad didn't take that service Also, being a night ride, at each stop the driver would just casually turn on the lights at full capacity, for some unknown reasons. Then, always when leaving, he isn't checking who is on board and who isn't, honks once then leaves. Seats uncomfortable, no electrical plugs, even if it was mentioned while booking. Never doing it again

Nothing about the bus is goos, maybe it was a bit tidy an neat.
The experience with BlaBlaCar Bus was one of the worst experience in my entire life. No punctuality as the driver came late same time with next schedule bus we were freezing outside waiting for him, which wasn’t really matter to me the most. I could see from the very beginning there was no proper head counts no second calls not organized well, just closed the door and hit the road. Their English wasn’t good as they speak in French most of the time, which until now not the main hassle. We got stop point somewhere after Brussels in a petrol station for a pee. So many people went down more than 10 and prior that he announced something in french which I assumed “5 or 10 minutes then I’ll leave”. Of course if u go world wide companies this would never happen no matter what. Your crew/passenger, is your safety and responsibility. The toilets were so crowded as I couldn’t go 1st had to stand the line and literally I was last to go in. The moment I left the toilet, the bus isn’t in the petrol station anymore. I couldn’t believe it so I searched around that maybe he changed his parking point. Then suddenly found police car there which I stopped it immediately. Informed them with my case and they chase the bus like in the movie!! And for what ? Missing headcounts in a petrol station, The driver wasn’t aware he missed a passenger and would never known till he reach and find extra luggage and what hurts the most is!! what if I got locked in the toilet! Fainted! Asthma, slipped and fall down!. That’s mean if anything happened to me no matter what the 5 minutes he was arguing for isn’t gonna safe me and nobody. One day some big tragedy will happen if the attitude isn’t gonna change. I believe this would never happen in any leading companies following the instructions properly. The police officer was laughing at driver and how could he just leave with such situation which isn’t suitable to be repeated again believe me It’s my last ride on BlaBlacar and I would never recommend it to any one by all means.

Sve je uredu.
Jedina zamjerka je ta da autobus nije stao na niti i jednom odmoristu koji ima ducan. Bile su samo usputne stanice za iskrcaj i ukrcaj, a put je sveukupno trajao 14 sati. Na toliki put nema smisla da ne stane na barem jednom odmoristu sa ducanom. To se odnosi na put izmedu Munchena I Amsterdama.
