No seat could be reserved online.That is a massive issue. Our seats were taken from us several times

Our seats were taken from us several times until the driver sat people rudely anywhere he was pleased. Good outcome for us, not so good for the people that paid for their seats. We didn't feel safe. No WiFi on the bus.
