Don't go with Terravision!!! We had the worst experience of getting to the airport ever! We aimed to go to Fiumicino airport from Rome Termini, but we were not able to use the bus as it was overbooked. It was total chaos at the bus stop. There must have been more than 5 times more reservations for our bus at 4:00. We must have taken the first-morning train at 4:50 in the end and hoped that we would still manage to catch our flight. Their customer service also refused to refund money - terrible!

Il signor Marino e il signor Marco sono stati gentilissimi nel farci fare il biglietto a bordo ed anche notevolmente disponibili nell’’attendere che riprendessimo le valigie imbarcate, visto che poteva esserci la possibilità che non avremmo potuto recuperarle, per gli orari troppi ravvicinati tra l’arrivo del volo e la partenza del pullman. Tutto poi è andato bene e siamo partiti in orario. Gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia che è un valore aggiunto al semplice lavoro da svolgere.
