They changed the leave time by 5 hours and will not return my money. The customer service is horrible and hung up on me several times. I was told I should have the whole day free because they are a "bus". That makes no sense and is false advertising. They refused to answer my emails, texts, chat, and calls. Buyer beware!

The busdriver of the Bus, that I could take (...) was excellent!
The bus I booked didn‘t exist. I had to wait for the next bus in the middle of the night. And therefore I was very angry and then afraid whether I could reach my connecting bus. Awful!

Bus was where it was supposed to be, and delivers on time!
The drop off point in Braşov was out of the way at a small gas station. The main tourist part of town would have been more convenient. It would be nice if the drop off could be tailored to the needs of the passengers.
