      Pünktlichkeit, angenehme Fahrweise der Chauffeure
      Zwischen den Sitzen hatte es keine Armlehne, was bei einer lange Reise angenehm wäre. Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, was heutzutage nicht zeitgemäss ist!

      Ungenügend angeschrieben, auf Ihrem Plan westlich von der Bahnhofspassage, der Bus stand aber kurz vor Solothurnerstrasse! (Meret Oppenheimerstr. ist sehr lang, wenn man zu Fuss und Gepäck unterwegs ist, dazu noch Baustellen), keine Möglichkeit sich an jemanden zu wenden, falls nötig. Ich habe nur mit Mühe den Bus gefunden, da Kochreisen auf dem Bus stand, Zelic müsste grösser angeschrieben sein, oder man müsste mich informieren, dass ein anderer Bus für Zelic fährt!! kein Unterstand bei schlechtem Wetter.

      Die Fahrer sind sehr nett gewesen, Für die Situation auf der Strasse können sie nichts,und für die Verspätung konnten Sie nicht belangt werden, es war höhere Gewalt. Trotz Allem waren Se ruhig und professionell.!!!
