I came live to destination.
I bought direct card Sarajevo-Duisburg, but I had to change buses two times. Drivers are very rude, buses are low quality, everything is very bad.

Sve 5... Samo je bolje ne govoriti na mikrofon svaka 2. 2 i pola da ćemo stati za wc i pušenje jer nas probudi govor za stanku.. Tko je budan je budan i nek izdaje ako mora... Thx

Die Sauberkeit und der Komfort waren wirklich klasse und werde wiedrer mit dem Bus fahren !
Der gute Busfahrer war auf "Navis" und Anweisungen der Chefetage angewiesen, die jedoch NICHT !!! Absperrungen, Umleitungen und Gewichtsverbote auf Brücken anzeigten und damit wurde der Busfahrer schwer unter Druck gesetzt und war gezwungen, durch Duisburg zu fahren, um einen Ausweg zu finden, ihre Anweisungen einzuhalten und eine gewichtszulässige Autobahnbrücke zu finden ! Ich musste in Duisburg aussteigen und andere Gäste in Düsseldorf ! Vielleicht sollte hier das Unternehmen dem Busfahrer deutlich mehr Spielräume geben UND in Schutz nehmen, sonst könnte es ihr Unternehmen langfristig niocht schaffen, die Konkurrenz unter Druck zu setzen ! Ich nutze in Grossbritannien "National Express" ein Busservice erster Klasse, sehr sehr oft ! Gruss, Peter Slater, Bristol, England
