-čistota -funguje internet -možnost nabíjení
-několikrát řidiči kouřili, když odbavovali zákazníky (včetně mne). Když jsem na to upozornila, řidič začal řvát -autobus nepřijel/odjel dřív. Člověk přišel 5 minut předem, ale na zastávce autobus nebyl. Ani nepřijel po půl hodině. Bylo 6 ráno, člověk rychle měl sehnat další transport, protože měl důležitou schůzku v Praze. Hlavní příčinou, proč píšu sem: dvakrát jsem podávala stížnost a dvakrát mne byli odpovězeno, že všechno bylo OK, chyba na naši straně

Zrušená rezervace

Pet dnů dopředu jsem si zakoupila rezervaci s místem 5D , den před odjezdem mi přišla zpráva, že mi placenou rezervaci rusi a místo ní mi dávají poslední řadu sedadlo 20D. Když jsem šla svou původní rezervaci zkontrolovat , místo bylo prázdné, zaplatila jsem s mistenkou 220 czk, student vedle mne, který dělal rezervaci jen den předem měl místo 5C na rozdíl ode mne nezruseno a platil 85 czk! Když jsem si stěžovala na pokladně bylo mi řečeno, že Flixbus má na zrušení rezervace pravo a že si mám příště pozorne přečíst podmínky.

Celé dvě hodiny jsme mrzli na zastávce, vždy v čas příjezdu to posunuli o 10 minut a toto trvalo dvě hodiny v minus čtyřech stupních. Po nástupu do autobusu jsme se po hodině dozvěděli že nefunguje wc. Po dotazu co máme dělat když jsme prochlazení a potřebujeme čůrat že máme dvě hodiny vydržet do cíle. Kvůli společnosti FLIXBUS jsem s kamarádkou podchlazená a obě budeme mít antibiotika a pracovní neschopnost. Společnost napsala vyplňte si formulář po formuláři prd. Takže 5 hodin pekla 2 hodiny v mrazu v minus čtyřech stupních a další dvě hodiny s motaním hlavy pocitem na zvracení z důvodu nefunkčního wc a nezastavení řidiče na jiném wc. S těmito víte co, už nikdy víc. Zvažuji podání trestního oznámení.
Zpoždění 2 hodiny, nulová komunikace, nefunkční WC a dvě hodiny teroru až mdlob od plného močáku!

Bus operated by a different company

I am from the Czech Republic, I am not from a foreign country, so I have language, I know, how it goes. Even though I failed the way from Hradec Králové to Brno. Bus of the different company came and leave and me plus two other travellers stayed on the platform, waiting for the Yellow bus. Later we were informed by operator, that it's our mistake, because we should ask the driver, if the red bus is also for SA travellers... They also claimed, that it was written on the electronic ticket. (No, i was not, I use this app regularly.) I am very dissapointed also with the company's reaction.

Nothing
The drivers, all of them were completely disgusting human beings. Spitting as they speak, smoking on board and being so rude on countless occasions making us feel very uncomfortable. The woman checking tickets was also rude and nobody spoke even simple English, like being in another world entirely. I recommend that you steer as far away from this company as physically and digitally possible, the most horrendous and did I mention the most DELAYED journey of my life, delayed by 5 hours in total to be precise.

Assolutamente amareggiata, è stato negato salire a bordo mio padre ( non giovane) con il test fatto il giorno prima con il risultato negativo in quanto autista ha detto che supera validità di 24 ore quanto sulla pagina del Regiojet c'è scritto validità 48 ore con il test negativo,sul portale dell'ambasciata aggiornato il 8.11.2021 x viaggiare tra Rep.Ceca e Italia basta test valido 48 ore perché la validità di 24 ore vale per entrare nei musei etc......quindi di notte nessuno risponde,autista non ha caricato.....mio padre ha passato la notte nella città fuori a freddo con la valigia,aspettando prima coincidenza di mattina successiva da poter tornare a casa....amareggiato,stressato, infreddolito avendo fatto ,pagato per il test come richiesto....... assolutamente senza parole,senza nessuno che risponde ai reklami etc......trovo assolutamente disumano un comportamento così
