      The coach was clean, the seats were rather confortable and the AC worked.
      No communication whatsoever from the driver (when/where/for how long we would take a break; why were we almost 1 hour late before reaching the traffic jams around Athens, generating a total delay of almost 2 hours...)

      I bought ticket from GetByBus where I could not choose my seat because the system does not give such an opportunity because of that I had to change my seat twice during the ride because there were people who bought tickets with seats. But on my ticket there was no seat mentioned so I did not know my seat until I was told by the company worker. Changing seats was not comfortable so please mprove this and either give to choose seats on both websites or resolve this issue.

      Easy route
      AC on bus needed to be better especially when its high 30s air temp. Stopping for a break an hour out of Thessaloniki seemed pointless apart from giving people time for a smoke. I’m ok with breaks but it would be good if we knew when they were coming and for how long. That break made the bus temperature get up to mid 40s as a result.
