      Gospodin koji je vozio bio je neizmjerno ljubazan primio mi kofer i pri izlasku uputio gdje da ga odlozim dok si dovezem auto. Ponudio se za pomoc,rijetkost danas takva ljubaznost iskrena. Hvala lijepa.
      Gospodza iza mene (sjedila sam na broju 9 i 10)je ukljucila live streaming i pozdravljala osobe tamo. Razgovarala glasno otvoreno kao da mi u busu ne postojimo. A njezina djeca malodobna su igrala neku horor igricu bez slusalica vriska svi smo sve culi.Zamislite retraumatizacije nekog ko je dozivjeo zlostavljanje. Nije ih niko opomenuo.

      Nothing. The bus is a mess.
      First of all, the air conditioning doesn't work, so the bus is like an iven. It is also dirty and it smells wierd. I do not recommend this company.

      Onlinebooking: I paid due to their mistake twice, never got the money back. Seats are broken, air conditioning is not working, rain drips into the bus!!!

      Kupili smo ovu kartu namjenski jer ne piše da se staje nigdje prije Broda, međutim staje se u Visokom na benzinskoj pumpi, Kaknju, Zenici itd... a nigdje ne piše da će se stajati na svim tim stanicama.

      3 puta sam presjedala, a kartu sam kupila kao direktnu liniju. Vozac je moj kofer predao nekome,tako da sam ostala bez kofera i nanjeta mi je ogromna steta za koju niko ne zeli da odgovara.

      The bus was in a good condition, very comfortable and clean. The driver was super polite and nice - he would check up on us if we were comfortable, if the atmosphere is okay and was really careful with driving. Personally, I enjoyed throughout the trip and came to the destination happy and well rested. Didn’t feel like it was an 8 hours trip at all.

      Als erstens sind die Karten viel zu überteuert dafür das die Busfahrer nur lügen! Sie machen weder Pausen noch interessiert es sie ob jemand eventuell aufs klo möchte oder erholen möchte. Hält nach 7 Stunden fahrt an Stationen an denen es nicht mal möglich ist aufs klo zu gehen und sagt dann noch dreist dann sollen wir halt im Bus gehen! … Meint wir machen in 40 Minuten eine Pause und mittlerweile sind 3 Stunden vergangen und nichts! Lasst die finger von diesen Bussen es ist nur reine folter!

      Unpleasant experience. The driver was not aware of danger he was putting the travelers. Using the mobile phone is strictly prohibited when driving!!!! He was even replacing his phone from one hand into another leaving the bus to drive on its own for couple of seconds. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you don’t have another solution.
