Hey there, traveler! We\u2019re glad to see you here. Ready to hit the road? Buying a ticket on Traveling.com is easy peasy, but we\u2019ve got a few tips to make it even smoother:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s get you going!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alright, so you\u2019ve landed on our site and you want to travel. First step? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll see a nice, clean search box right in front of you. Just pop in your starting point, your destination, and the date you want to travel. That’s it \u2014 easy as that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a heads-up \u2014 this little guide is for buying a single ticket only.<\/strong> If you\u2019re looking to book a two-way trip, that\u2019s a whole different story (as you can already tell, no return date here). Check out our separate guide for booking a return ticket!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you\u2019ve filled out all the boxes, pick the number of passengers – and hey, we don\u2019t mind if you\u2019re traveling alone! When you click on the \u201cpassengers\u201d option, as shown in the picture above, you\u2019ll see some extra categories with discounted prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Hit \u201csearch\u201d<\/strong>, and you\u2019re onto the next step!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose your route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you didn\u2019t get lost in the meantime, your screen should look a little something like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll see a list of all the available departures for the route and date you picked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicked the wrong option? No worries; you can easily switch between travel dates using the quick date picker or change your route with the search form at the top of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you click on your chosen route, it will expand to show you all the details – departure time, ride duration, stops (if any), and the ticket format you\u2019ll need when boarding the bus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the important stuff, right there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Most buses depart from the main bus station<\/strong>, but if that\u2019s not the case, don\u2019t worry \u2014 any special stops will be listed right there with the rest of the info.
Once you\u2019ve found the perfect route, just hit the “Buy Ticket”<\/strong> button, and you\u2019ll be sent to the next one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sign In \/ Sign Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here we just need some basic info about you \u2014 name, surname, email, and phone number \u2014 so we can keep you in the loop if anything changes with your trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But before you purchase a ticket on Traveling.com, you\u2019ll need to sign in<\/strong>. <\/strong>If you already have an account, an email and a password will be just enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re new here, no worries \u2014 signing up is quick and easy. We\u2019ll just need your first and last name, email, and password. Follow the steps, and you\u2019ll be ready to travel in no time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name you enter when signing up will automatically be added as the first passenger on any single ticket you buy \u2014 but you can change it during checkout if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, back to filling out the rest of the information. If you have a voucher code, enter it in the box below your info to get a discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also add a few extras to make your journey even smoother \u2014 like premium customer support, SMS reminders, or flexible cancellation if you need to change your plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See that green review button on the right? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After your trip, we\u2019d love to hear how it went! Let us know if booking was easy and if the trip was smooth sailing. Your review would mean a lot to us \u2014 but hey, if you really want to switch off that button, we\u2019ll try not to take it too<\/em> personally (no promises, though).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking of green details\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll notice a timer at the top right, which means your tickets are reserved for a limited time. Once the timer hits 00:00, the tickets go back for other travelers to grab. Long story short: if you want those tickets, buy them before time\u2019s up! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before finalizing your purchase and clicking on \u201cConfirm & Pay\u201d, you\u2019ll see two checkboxes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on those that apply and you\u2019re good to go – easy, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trip summary and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After signing up, you\u2019ll see a clear overview of your trip \u2014 what you booked, departure details, and the total price. Then, just fill in your credit card details, and you\u2019re all set!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If everything looks good, it\u2019s time to wrap it up with the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3D Secure authentication<\/strong> adds an extra layer of protection to your credit card. Your bank might ask you to enter a PIN or code to confirm the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it doesn\u2019t go through, you\u2019ll get an error message \u2014 it\u2019s usually a 3D Secure issue, so check with your bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All that\u2019s left is to hit “Confirm & Pay” \u2014 and you\u2019re good to go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your payment goes through, you\u2019ll be able to see the notification for successful purchase on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your single ticket will be sent to your email, so be sure to check your inbox. If you mistyped your email during sign-up, no worries \u2014 just click the “My tickets”<\/strong> button in your account to download and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens if the routes are not available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This might happen for some routes. You might see some of the following displayed, so let us explain what it is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sold out at Traveling.com<\/strong> – This rarely happens, but if you see a message like this, it means we have no more single ticket options available online. You may be able to find them at the bus station, however, we can\u2019t provide any information about availability at other sales points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Not available online<\/strong> – Tickets for this specific departure can\u2019t be bought online, but they may be available at other sales points. However, again, we can\u2019t provide any information about availability at other sales points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Online sales closed<\/strong> – Online purchase of tickets for specific departure is no longer possible.
