I liked the ride....On the site it says the ride takes 30 minutes, the actual ride takes close to 45 minutes. I also had problems with buying tickets online. When tickets were delivered by email i could only access boarding info and not the tickets, i had to get the tickets from customer support. My tickets area on the site was empty aswell so i could not see my bought tickets there.
