l'accoglienza sul bus era top, il controllore ha offerto una bottiglietta d'acqua e biscottini ed è stato molto carino. il viaggio è durato meno del previsto (dalle 20 alle 5:40), il bus ha avuto l'aria condizionata accesa tutto il tempo e comunque l'aria dentro il bus era pulita. viaggio veramente piacevole e molto economico.

Share my terrible ITABUS experience

I want to share my terrible experience from itabus so as not that people do not suffer from similar bad experience. I bought a ticket from Italy to Rome on 31 May 2024. I choose the 7:15pm bus ticket from trainline app because it was cheap and suitable to my trip schedule. I went the bus terminal, but the bus didn't come on time. I realised the bus was delayed by about 1 hour by help of another Itabus driver. I waited for another 1hour but the bus didn't appear. I only realised the bus was delayed again for more than 1 hour. The bus was delayed more than 2 hours in total. I decided to take another train to go back before 12 am for safety reason. Of course, I read the notification that the ticket I bought was not refundable. I understood the ticket is not refundable when customers want to cancell or change the bus by their reason. It was not by my cause for not riding their bus. Next day I ask for refund of the ticket and sent complaint by internet. But they replied to me they cannot do refund by some regulation. I think the rule should be reasonable and fair. ITAbus was not reasonable at all. They did not meet their time table and delayed more than 2 hours, but instead they said they did not do anything wrong. I didn't want to argue for refund with this unreasonable and unfair company. However, I want to share my experience with many other people. I wish they do not be a victim like me.
The bus was not serviced on time and delayed for more than 2hours. But no refund.

Worst experience of getting to the airport ever!

Don't go with Terravision!!! We had the worst experience of getting to the airport ever! We aimed to go to Fiumicino airport from Rome Termini, but we were not able to use the bus as it was overbooked. It was total chaos at the bus stop. There must have been more than 5 times more reservations for our bus at 4:00. We must have taken the first-morning train at 4:50 in the end and hoped that we would still manage to catch our flight. Their customer service also refused to refund money - terrible!

Questa mattina 24/10/2023 stavo per prendere il bus, l'autista napoletano osserva il monopattino e con grande maleducazione inizia a usare modi scortesi facendomi capire che il monopattino non poteva viaggiare. Ho lasciato il monopattino in un bar sperando che un mio amico riesce a recuperarlo. AUTISTA NAPOLETANO PESSIMO... CHIAMANDOMI ADDIRITTURA "FIGLIO DI P....A". NON VIAGGERÒ MAI PIÙ CON ITABUS. Solo la guida, fluida e senza frenate brusche
Tratta Napoli-Milano. Autista scortese. Essendo minuta ho avuto difficoltà ad alzare il trolley per metterlo nel portabagagli che è posto in alto. Ho chiesto gentilmente all'autista se potesse aiutarmi perché proprio non ce la facevo ad alzarlo da sola. Ha rifiutato dicendo di non potere perché si sarebbe potuto strappare la schiena. È rimasto indifferente a guardare. Le parole "umanità" o anche solo "galanteria" non sono proprio contemplate nel suo dizionario. Assistente quasi scortese come l'autista: una parola è poca, due sono troppe. Prese usb e corrente non funzionanti. Ritardo di un'ora.

Bus nuovo pulito ordinato
Autista fuori controllo scortese esagitato e a mio avviso non a conoscenza delle responsabilita penali del suo comportamento da verificare lo stato psitico in una successiva stazione ha preso a sbattere porta toilette inveendo contro un passeggero ( cretino ha detto) non so se perche dovesse scendere oppure perche non dovesse usare toilette con bus fermo

They do not know the word "refund"

I bought the ticket on May 21, 2022
I changed my plans for my trip to Italy. I was going to use this bus ticket at the end of September 2022 but I can not make it anymore. They have plenty of time to sell it to other person. I asked for a refund by email and on PayPal. Marozzi offered to give me a 80% refund and, according to them, to send the rest (around $16) to my American bank because I live in Miami. But my bank charges a $15 FEE for INCOMING WIRE TRANSFERS. So... I will get nothing! I explained to them I was only asking for them to refund through PayPal , as I used PayPal to pay them. They are showing a great level of disregard for their international clients. They do not care at all!

Bello vedere come la gente si senta a proprio agio in piena pandemia sui vostri mezzi.. 5 ore di mascherina a penzoloni da un orecchio e nessun autista che passi mai a controllare per la sicurezza di chi alla salute ci tiene e rispetta gli altri..vedi foto allegata... Per fortuna viaggio poco con voi e solo perché avete fatto fuori le compagnie oneste e più economiche nelle zone interne del sud (per quel poco che c'è stato flixbus e chi vi cercava più???) Sugli autobus di altre compagnie gli autisti CONTROLLANO. Voi invece avete solo aumentato i prezzi. Complimenti.

La gente viaggia 5 ore senza mascherina. Nessun autista che passa a controllare. Se vuoi la sicurezza devi litigare in autonomia. Aggiornamento in tempo reale. Sto viaggiando adesso. la tipa di fianco a me si sta truccando e la vecchia poco più avanti si scaccola. Però come siete stati bravi a raddoppiare i prezzi. Intersaj sempre peggio. Solo mafia... Ecco come spazzate la concorrenza. Vergogna.
Mai controlli sulla sicurezza. Basta mostrare il green pass... complimenti!
