Il personale cattivo e arrogante In primis alla richiesta di semplice informazioni del tipo il posto a kolomea di arrivo non davano informazioni anzi ti guardano dalla testa ai piedi del tipo chi sei tu. Poi dalla città a Kolomea c'era un autista che correva a velocità folle e sorpassi ad alta velocità e passava con il rosso cosa da film mai visto in 2 casi anche rischio di prendere sotto dei ciclisti. Poi una signora visto il loro ritardo di 4 ore dalla tabella di viaggio chiedeva semplice aiuto visto che eravamo in coprifuoco e non c'era possibilità di taxi o altro ,hanno lascio la donna alla stazione di kolomea che piangeva da sola alle ore l'una di notte da sola, autisti hanno rispoy a male modo alla signora Questo è il personale viaggio da paura

I was travelling from Padova to Zagreb. First, few hours before the departure they sent me an e-mail declairing that bus was going to be late for 3-3,5 hours (it should've departed at 9:15 pm), WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Then, at 10 pm, they said it was going to come 2 hours after, so that was already 4 hours delay! Did the bus show up at midnight?? No! It showed up only at 2:30 am. Okay, I waited (FOR 5,5 HOURS) and finally got on the bus, but that was not the end of the story. I was never so afraid in my adult life! The bus smelled of cigarettes and swetty feet, the driver was smoking DURING THE DRIVE and there were scatchy people on the bus. Furthermore, they were taking a break every 30-40 mins with the duration of at least 20 mins. Before we reached Trieste, we stopped for a smoke break (shocking!). There, they became aware that their tire had broke and, because they didn't have a spare tire nor a wrench big enough to change the tire (LET ME JUST POINT OUT THAT THEY WERE GOING ALL THE WAY FROM SPAIN TO BULGARIA!!!), we waited the additional 4 hours to get help and fix the tire. To sum up, don't EVER trust Union Ivkoni with ANY trip, EVER!

La prima tratta Padova-Trieste è stata eccellente. L'autista è stato assolutamente professionale: estremamente gentile, disponibile, preparato e parlava bene l'inglese. Il bus nuovo e pulitissimo. Ottimo viaggio!
La tratta Trieste-Rovigno un mezzo disastro! Come solito, al cambio bus a Trieste c'è sempre una grande confusione e non si capisce bene quali siano i mezzi da prendere anche chiedendo agli autisti (si deve chiedere molte volte, con in cambio risposte abbozzate e talvolta scortesi, sono anni che è quasi sempre così da Trieste in poi!). Stavolta siamo arrivati in ritardo dato il traffico. Mentre caricava la borsa ho chiesto all'autista se c'era il tempo per andare in bagno che avevo molta urgenza. Ha detto ok. L'ho detto anche al mio vicino di sedile e ho fatto veramente di corsa. Quando sono uscita il bus stava partendo, l'ho dovuto rincorrere e per fortuna sono riuscita a fermarlo! Ora, se fosse partito io come facevo a comunicarlo e farlo tornare indietro, o dovevo passare la notte a TS? E con la mia valigia sopra? E dopo siamo stati fermi 20'(invece che 5' come detto) a Novigrad per esigenze dell'autista. E siamo arrivati 1h in ritardo a RV, proprio come l'anno scorso stesso periodo
