      Do danas mi je bilo okej voziti se.
      Došao mi je mail 20 min prije polaska da ce bus kasniti 215 min! 215! Ne pola sata! Uspjela sam promijeniti na sat kasnije, ali sam nakon Zagreba imala još jedan bus na kojeg ću zakasniti zbog ovog propusta. Ovo se stvarno nije trebalo dogoditi jer su mi do sad uz vas (a putovala sam dosta s vama) bile pozitivne recenzije.

      Apsolutno ništa.
      Autobus je trebao doći na STOP E u 23:20h kako je pisalo na rasporedu na kolodvoru, ali je došao u 00:33h na krivo mjesto i otišao bez 20 putnika te smo čekali do 1:40 h sljedeći bus za koji smo morali kupiti novu kartu.

      Als erstens sind die Karten viel zu überteuert dafür das die Busfahrer nur lügen! Sie machen weder Pausen noch interessiert es sie ob jemand eventuell aufs klo möchte oder erholen möchte. Hält nach 7 Stunden fahrt an Stationen an denen es nicht mal möglich ist aufs klo zu gehen und sagt dann noch dreist dann sollen wir halt im Bus gehen! … Meint wir machen in 40 Minuten eine Pause und mittlerweile sind 3 Stunden vergangen und nichts! Lasst die finger von diesen Bussen es ist nur reine folter!

      the staff was very polite direct connection over night
      the heating was set to max. but i did not ask to lower it so that just comes down to personal preference
