Nothing
Aircon did not work, it was a tiny mini van with people packed in and some people even had to stand. The bus driver would stop every 30 minutes so he could get a coffee and smoke, which ended up extending the journey by two hours. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Paiement des bagages . Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes et nous avons trois petits sacs en bagages. Nous avons payé pour ça. Le chauffeur fait de racolage ( durant les voyages le chauffeur fait des arrêts hors gare station bus. Les gens payent en CASH. C'est un perte de temps pour nous.

How easy he was to buy the ticket
Sarajevo bus station. There was people from the company asking extra money to store the luggage and obliging the customers to store their luggage where they wanted to ask them extra 3 marks or 5 the price of the extortion was always different. They also ask for other money as a station tax that I paid inside and it was only one Marc but if you didn’t do it there was this guy asking for a tree or five marks more. People expect to have their baggage included when they pay for a bus ticket. The bus arrived 1 hour late

Vozači su jako bili prijatni i profesionalni u oba pravca i oba autobusa, Neobas i Lasta
Putovala sam u aprilu i sada u avgustu. Molim vas da izmenite vreme kada polazi autobus iz Šamca za Beograd stavite 14:45 umesto 15.25 jer on dolazi u stanicu Šamac iz Banjaluke 40 min ranije.

Iako je autobus u startu kasnio s polaskom iz Splita, u Beograd smo stigli na vreme.
Uzak prostor između sedišta pa je za duga putovanja neudobno.
