      We took a bus from Kotor to Tirana and it was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. There was no air conditioning at all, and the trip lasted 8 hours — more than 2 hours longer than scheduled. The heat inside the bus was unbearable, and at times we felt like we might suffer from heatstroke. It was extremely uncomfortable, exhausting, and completely unacceptable for such a long journey. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Most of the passengers did their best to cope.
      The driver made at least 20 phonecalls while driving, so unsafe, also illegal. Just check his phone log. He only allowed one stop for toilet break at 1.45pm, after we got on the bus at 8 am, then acted like he was doing us a favour. He argued with a passenger while driving- that should never happen, he should either ignore them or stop. The aircon was not working. Extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. I will use a different bus service next time.

      It exists.
      No information on ticket about needing to go to the counter to pay extra. I went to the counter twice. First time, 20 minutes before bus due, she told me nothing about the fee. Second time was after the bus arrived and I couldn't get on, because of the fee. Terrible attitude of service staff.

      The driver / conductor with the Mohawk hair working for Busflix is a fraud! Charging tourists for anything he wanted (eg. Drinking water on the bus, sleeping with legs up on the chair, taking longer toilet breaks due to queues) all of which can range from (€5-30) all made up! Be vigilant with the way he hikes up prices

      The bus was on time to leave the station
      The air con was malfunctioning and spat out cold water from a leak above our seat, the aircon was not turned on until after 30 mins or so into the journey so we were baking in the heat, multiple requests later and the driver finally turned on aircon. The driver made stops but not to let us have a break but just to have a chat for no reason and delayed the journey so we did not reach our destination at a reasonable time, i understand possible delay due to border crossing but we got through the border fast however still arrived minimum 30 mins late. Had to pay double price for taxi as we missed our pre booked taxi too and all traveling.com did was issue 50% refund. 100% refund is fair and due

      We had changed time of our bus from kotor to dubrovnik, to earlier in the morning, the correspondence with the company was great!
      However the journey was far from good! Our bus was supposed to got to the bus terminal at 8.30 am in kotor but finally turned up at 10.30 with no prior word from the driver on when arrival would be. Along with this on the website it says that the journey is 2.5 hours long - this is far from true! It took us 5 hours both ways (7if including the delay above on the way back) both in which we only stopped for boarder control, the bathrooms on board we all out of order so there was no where to use the restroom or any stops at all in order to relive yourself.
