      The possibility of getting to destination and back at a very acceptable price. Not having to rent a car and drive myself (no headaches, no stress).
      The fact that you always state the trip duration, but due to factors such as Passport control and heavy traffic, the trip always goes overboard, lasting up to 1 hour more than advertised.

      The fact that it is pretty central - within walking distance from the center.

      Almost nothing
      Chairs uncomfortable, drive almost lift me behind when I when to use the restroom but thanks to the lady who was next to me when she made him stop and turn around! They only announced in Serbian language for immigration or restrooms even when the bus had many other nationalities!

      I actually had a pretty bad experience. The bus was 20-30 minutes late, whatever-stuff like that happens - however, as a result, the driver just cut Mostar East off the itinerary, which is where my ticket said I’d be dropped off. It dropped me off at Mostar West because it “didn’t have time to go to Mostar East”, and then dropped me off without any help on how to get to where I was supposed to go - I ended up having to walk for 30 more minutes than I had to with my heavy luggage in the rain. There was no bus I could even take. When I asked if I could at least have a refund, they said no because it “got to Mostar”.
