Hi, I’m Hasan Ali Aktolun, I’ve travelled from Lisbon to Madrid a month ago. I put my bag inside the bus, but it was lost! All of my clothes and personal belongings were lost! So I was in a bad situation. This company is responsible for the loss of my bag and they haven’t helped me for a month.

Llega el autobús de la 13:25 dirección Madrid y el chofer dice que el no va a Madrid que solo recoge a gente en Albacete y que ahora viene otro autobús, llamamos y después de una hora nos confirman que el chofer se ha equivocado y no han conseguido hablar con el, que el encargado que está en su casa sentado da como solución que los próximos autobuses pasarán por Santa Pola recogiendo a gente según las plazas libres que tenga, el primero llega a las 16:40 3 horas y media después, una Empresa como Alsa que nos llena de publicidad los buzones no puede fletar un autobús recoger a esta gente y llevarla directamente a Madrid sin que tengan que esperar 3 horas y media como mínimo, el que ha decidido la solución en su sofá no tiene que estar en la estación esperando a caber en un autobús y encima si quieres que te indemnicen tienes que meterte en la página y pedirlo, ese que está en el sofá debería llamar a cada uno de los que ha dejado en la estación y preguntarles si como nosotros han tenido que irse pagando un ave porque ya no le inspiraba ninguna confianza y tientan que trabajar mañana en Madrid

Blablabus drivers do not respect the ticket seat reservations in the front row as the claim is for them. They show very little experience. The bus has issues and needed to be changed.
Blablabus allows to reserve bus seats with an extra charge. Front seat cost double. Even if you have paid for your ticket and a seat reservation, the driver will decide that you don't have the rights to seat on it. This is what happened to me. I had my seat reservation and pre confirmed it before going on the bus. Seat 1E. When the driver saw me in my seat, he claimed the seat was for himself. He said this shouting through the bus and adding that I had no rights to avoid the rest of the drivers. There was another row available 1A and 1B, initially also reserved for them. This is what I've seen in other companies as Flixbus. After some discussion we were allowed to move in that row with less space. The situation was very uncomfortable, unpolite and unprofessional. For several times I tried to explain my ticket reservation, the bus driver did not listen and he shouted over the bus that I did not want the drivers to take a rest. At Zaragoza, 10 people came in, again issues with seats reservations as again, they were not respected. There was no control by the drivers, something they did not care. In addition, bus was one hour late, not clean, bad smell, and even the drivers did not know the way driving out from Madrid. The bus had technical issues at Toulouse and had to be changed. I strongly recommend never to use BLABLABUS. REALLY NOT WORTH IT if you don't want to risk your life.

Bus driver was polite, no complaints with the driver.
Bus was over 2 hrs late, the company only sends an email with a tracker and very little information. They promise a refund for more than 2 hrs delay but i still haven't heard back from them after trying to contact them. I almost missed the bus (along with other passengers) because we had no idea where to wait in the bus station as the bus was so late! The bus station's information centers were closed. We were trying to call the company and we had no information. The bus itself was okay, not too clean and the USB ports are only on the window side. No WiFi despite it being included on the ticket.

The driver for the second part of the trip was a basket case, threatening everyone to keep their masks on (not even to eat or drink anything) and that if he saw anyone without a mask on properly he would have the guardia civil take them off the bus. I realize that these are the current regulations in Spain, but the guy was absolutely vile. Apart from that the bus was a hour late and we missed our connection to Nerja and had to get a hotel in Malaga foe the night. Last time I use this company.
