Kupljena karta za liniju Metkovic - Zagreb 14.12.2023., 23:40 h. Pilikom kontakiranja Službe mi je rečeno da za dijete od 3 godine koje putuje sa mnom ne treba karta, da ukoliko bude ipak potrebno istu kupim u autobusu. Na ulazu u autobus jedan vozač je skenirao moju kartu, pitao je ima li dijete kartu, odgovorila sam mu ono što mi je rečeno preko Službe, rekao je da uđemo. Autobus je krenuo. Nakon 5 minuta vožnje, drugi vozač pregledava karte i kaže da ne možemo tako putovati (dijete bez karte). Rekla sam da ću platiti kartu i ako treba da će dijete sjediti na meni, ako je problem kapacitet sjedišta. Međutim odbijen je prijedlog. Rečeno mi je da mi ne može naknadno prodati kartu, i da dijete ne može sjediti na meni, već da ne mogu nastaviti dalje vožnju i da moramo izići. Autobus je stao u Opuzenu i moje dijete od 3 godine i ja smo bili prisiljeni u 23:00 h izići iz autobusa na kišu i čekati da se dalje snađemo. Ovo što doživjela je dno dna, a o utjecaju na dijete neću niti komentirati. Uglavnom, nikad više ! I da, sad su u tijeku prepiske oko povrata novaca za moju kartu koja je praktički neiskorištena .

My friend and I bought a ticket from Vukovar to Zagreb. It is a noteworthy fact that we live very close to the station. When we left the house, a bus passed us. We did not think that it was our bus because we left the house 10-15 minutes earlier. When we arrived at the station at 06:42, locals told that the bus had already left when it was supposed to leave at the time shown in the tickets at 06:45. We had bought tickets online, but no one could tell us where the bus was, they only said that it left early and we could take a taxi to another station, in which we had to pay 20 euros extra. When we arrived in the city of Vinkovci, the bus was still not standing, I ran and ran to catch up. When I expressed my protest, the driver would lock the doors and endanger my health,he said that is not his problem (he would keep me in the door). Finally put our luggage. An agent protects his company, we identify criminals. I demand that they refund me at least my overpaid 20 euro. This is not a service, this is not a comfort, this is terrible, which is not suitable for Europe!!
