We arrived with almost 2 hours delay in Sarajevo. Instead of going to the central bus station of Sarajevo the bus stopped at a bus station out of Sarajevo close to the airport, which forced us to take a public transport bus for 45 minutes to get to the city centre. The aroma bus took many detours, picked up some friends of the bus driver and dropped them off randomly. All in all very annoying. If you have another option, don't go with aroma

Gospodin koji je vozio bio je neizmjerno ljubazan primio mi kofer i pri izlasku uputio gdje da ga odlozim dok si dovezem auto. Ponudio se za pomoc,rijetkost danas takva ljubaznost iskrena. Hvala lijepa.
Gospodza iza mene (sjedila sam na broju 9 i 10)je ukljucila live streaming i pozdravljala osobe tamo. Razgovarala glasno otvoreno kao da mi u busu ne postojimo. A njezina djeca malodobna su igrala neku horor igricu bez slusalica vriska svi smo sve culi.Zamislite retraumatizacije nekog ko je dozivjeo zlostavljanje. Nije ih niko opomenuo.

The bus does not go to the correct destination

The bus had good legroom, seats where comfy enough and had OK AC. Getbybus order confirmation included a Google map pin of the bus stop.
There is no bus station in Višegrad, the bus stop is an old shed with no signs or indications on it. The instructions from our booking included a Google map pin thankfully, otherwise it wouldn't be clear. The bus was 15minutes late which would be acceptable only if there had been some shade under a proper bus stop. 3MK for each luggage should be included in the online ticket to save needing to use cash.

No information about buses or even a sign to say "bus stop". No shade from the sun. Old shed with graffiti and garbage around it.

First of all Visegrad Cuprija was not first stop. They beginning from another place in Visegrad. Bus was late on half an hour from start. Arrived in Sarajevo one hour later if schedule. Bus come to Istocno Sarajevo bus station - opposite your information You used words Bus Terminal in your site but in general these words are never used in life: not maps, not direction signs. It’s very confusing when i try to find out it.

The price.
Thebus was meant to do only 3 stops and be at Sarajevo bus station (in the town centre) at 15:32 hrs. It made more than 10 stops and ended the ride at the bus station in East Sarajevo at 16:10hrs. I has to take a bus for 1hr to get to the location it was meant to be.
