Besonders die Rückreise war ok druch den netten Fahrer. Rückreise einigermaßen pünkltich. Schalter und Bedienstete am Bahnhof Platja d'aro, die die Wartenden informierte sogar. Möglichkeit, auch da Karten zu kaufen.
Anreise. Fahrer hat mich eine Station zu früh rausgerufen, obwohl ich sagte, dass ich gerne in Platja d'Aro direkt aussteigen würde. Unpünktlichkeit der Abfahrt. Da muss man dann bei Buchungen NOCH mehr Wartezeiten einrechnen, wenn man Flüge bucht - und die sind schon sehr lang. Hinweise, Infos am Flughafen Barcelona sind eine Katastrophe, hätte fast nach Hinweisen an der falschen Stelle gestanden. Verzweifelte Fahrgöste. Der Drucker zum Fahrkartenausdrucken funktionierte nicht. Das war einfach unmöglich schlecht.

I traveled around the world, but this kind of unprofessional company I never saw! I bought a ticket in Sagales agency for the next day from Blanes to Barcelona airport. I was at the station half an hour before I was waiting 1h after it was scheduled but bus never came and I needed in the end to go buy taxi in the middle of the night and to pay 153e!!! Es una locura! To not even mention that they didn't want to refund the money for taxi, but not even for bus ticket, even after I sent them all checks and proofs. They even admitted that bus passed the station 1h before it was the time to go from Blanes, but they will not refund money for their mistake. Learn from my mistake and never travel with them if you don't want them to ruin your plans.

Todo: pésimo servicio, asientos no cómodos, baño fuera de servicio, no tiene TV, no tiene wifi, atención al cliente horrible... ¡ME DEJARON TIRADA EN UNA PARADA QUE NO ERA LA MIA! Baje a hacer pis en la parada que hizo en la estacion de Benidorm y cuando volví se había ido sin mí y con mis maletas dentro del autobús!!!! Cuando llame para solucionar el problema, encima em dijeron que era mi culpa!!! Indignante es poco. No hizo ni recuento el conductor y ni si quiera vio que tenía la chaqueta en una asiento, tenía mucha prisa por llegar y me dejo tirada (llego antes de lo previsto al destino) No viajes con ellos!!! no les importa nada los pasajeros. La peor compañía de autobuses con la que he viajado en mi vida. Pongo este comentario para que lo sepa todo el mundo y que sirva de lección lo que me paso. Buscar alternativa para viajar antes de meteros en algún autobús Jiménez (blablacar, avión, tren o si es bus cualquiera menos estos sinvergüenzas)

The bus was comfortable and a little late but it got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
When we arrived at the Tarragona bus station for the 7am bus to the airport, there was no information about where the bus would pick up passengers. The bus station was not open until 7am so there was no way to check the departure monitor and there are two groups of bus stops that can’t be seen from one spot, so it is a bit unsettling to not know where to wait. A simple sign at bay #2 would have helped. When you buy a ticket online, it says you must print it and exchange it for an actual ticket but doesn’t explain that the bus driver will take care of this and actually, all they do is ‘validate’ the printout by scribbling initials on it. The bus left the station about 10 minutes late. During the trip, the front window of the bus steamed up so much that the driver had to pull over to the side of the freeway and call someone to ask what to do. He eventually wiped it with a cloth and kept going but this delayed the bus several additional minutes. Another bus soon appeared, driving in front of ours, possibly as a replacement if the problem came back, and the window did start fogging up but the driver appeared to find the control to clear it and didn’t have to make another stop. He apparently also discovered the sound system about 30 minutes into the trip, as music started playing between the steam-up incidents, so it seemed he was really not familiar with the controls. Overall it worked out ok but was an amateur performance that could be greatly improved with a few minutes investment in better signage and some basic training for the driver.
