The bus didn't come

We waited for the bus like half an hour, where we were informed to wait. The bus should have departed at 12:39. The problem was that there was not any "Libertas Dubrovnik bus" at all. We needed to find another option to get to Dubrovnik. 10 euros went to the trash because there is no refund.

Driver charged an extra two euros in cash per bag, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. Driver was impolite Bus arrived almost an hour late, although we left on time

Rezervirana je direktna linija Split-Dubrovnik i bus je u Dubrovniku trebao biti u 13.00h. Bus je vozio magistralom, stajao na svaku stanicu i došao u 15.00h

Driver was good
We were supposed to arrive at 22:15 but we finally arrived at 23:15 We were stuck at the border during almost 1 hour without any A/C it was terrible. The guy ask 2€ for each bag in the bus hold

Request for Refund Due to Delay of Bus Arrival

We were scheduled to arrive at our destination at 22:50, but unfortunately, the bus did not arrive until 00:00. Due to this delay, we missed our local bus connection, which had already stopped operating by that time. As a result, we were forced to take a taxi, which caused us additional expenses and inconvenience. We kindly request a refund for this trip, as the significant delay directly impacted our travel plans and caused us to incur unexpected costs.

We bought tickets online and then had to pay 4.2 Euro extra to print out barcodes to enter to the bus. Then we had to pay extra 10 Euro cash to the person loading the suitcases on the bus (it was end of our trip and we did not have enough cash and had to go draw money). He said it was for luggage and ticket, but we already paid for the printing of the ticket. A man at the entrance of the ticket turnstile took the printed ticket. All passengers were furious about this extra cost and no communication of it. One passenger said her ticket showed an extra 2 Euro for luggage is required. Why did we have to pay 10 !!!!! This is corrupt. The person in charge on the bus, not driver, was very rude and instructed everyone with a loud voice the whole time - not asking friendly - as if we are in the army and he is in charge. He stopped the bus at some random point to buy drinks. Why does the bus not stop at the airport? We drove to Dubrovnik and then had to take a taxi back to the airport.
