These reviews were originally written under our former names, GetByBus and GetByFerry. But don’t worry, it’s all us! Same company, same trusted partners, just with a new vibe as Traveling.com.
The a/c was great, seats were comfortable...The driver smoked. And when we stopped for breaks, people stood right outside the open doors and smoked. So the bus reeked of cigarette smoke and that was pretty awful because we couldn't open windows or anything to get rid of it. We were assured that the bus was non-smoking or we never would have gotten on it.
Also, there's a 300 Serbian Dinar fee to get to the bus platform. Travelling, com did mention that 'some' stations 'might' charge about €1. I really feel like they should have told us that New Belgrade Central DOES charge, and where to get the platform tickets because we didn't see anything that told us that.
