The bus was warm, clean, and comfortable. The driver was polite and safe....We were told we would have a 25 minute break during the journey, but the break ended up being closer to 45 minutes. At a later stop, we also paused for an unknown reason without explanation. Eventually, someone boarded the bus and we heard the driver say that the other passengers on the bus had been waiting for almost an hour. We were never told why we were waiting, but it was annoying to arrive an hour later than the scheduled arrival because we already had limited daylight hours in our next destination. The toilet on the bus was locked and there was no wifi.
