I was schocked by the rudeness of the worker at the station in Podgorica.
I would be really pleased if you sort out the way the workers behave at the Podgorica bus station....I was schocked by the rudeness of the workers at the station in Podgorica. I was charged 3 Euro for printing out my tickets. The cashier gave me 2 bills, which showed 2 Euro purchase. I asked why I was charged 3 Euro instead of 2, like it was written in the bill but the workers didn't want to explain anything and I was sent away in a rude way. Then, I went to the manager and asked the same question. She responded that I have bought my ticket ILLEGALY (because I made a purchase online) and the station worker is doing me a favour, printing the tickets out. I asked whether I could talk to the head manager, and I got that in respond "That is ME-the head manager". After that I asked for her name and she refused in a very rude way. Then this lady talked to the co-workers, which blocked the way to the station and all of them were loudly humiliating us, using impolite gestures as well. It was a very unpleasant experience and I'm schocked by the way people behave.
