Drop off point was different to what was on my ticket. Had to get a taxi at an additional cost

Good value for money...Bought a ticket to Tam Coc from Sapa and the bus stopped in Ninh Binh and was told to get off along with other passengers with Tam Coc tickets. Had to get a taxi for the last bit. Arrival time was supposed to be 6.40am and we arrived at 4.40am. The young lad that assists on the coach is REALLY, REALLY RUDE. I even saw him body push another passenger out of his way!
