The bus was clean, comfortable and stuck to schedule. The driver and his assistant checked people were back from toilet stops and chose decent places for short breaks. There is also a toilet on board, which was kept clean. From Sofia to Ljubljana is a bus journey across four countries, so your sleep is disturbed by the checks at border crossings but that is not the fault of the bus company....The border crossings and needing coins to get into the toilets at rest breaks. Neither of these things are in the control of Florentia buses.
