tried 4 different bus operators in croatia, this one is never on time!
that the bus eventually came! (whereas a different bus from this operator from ljubljana to zagreb didnt show up after 2 hours of waiting so we needed to make alterantive arrangements and pay for a train to come home!)...the bus was 1hour late arriving at zagreb. we reached our destination in total almost 2 hours later than expected.
on the return leg from umag to zagreb the bus was 'only' 20mins late arriving but we again reached zagreb 1.5 hours later than expected. there was not any particular increased traffic - just there is massive confusion and delay when changing passengers on stops. many other operators inform their customers to get ready before the stop but this operator always end up stopping for 20-30mins at each stop if there are more than 10ppl getting on off the bus!
i used other operators who were always on time, had better coaches and more organised. i will avoid CRNJA if i ever return to croatia 100%!
