After the initial confusion regarding my ticket, the driver was very helpful...There was some confusion regarding my 'Print at Home Ticket'. Firstly, the bus was operated by a different company than Pepeks as quoted on my booking. When I asked the driver if I had the correct bus, he indicated that I had (he didn't speak English, and I know even less Bosnian). However, he made it understood that he was asking for my ticket. I tried to point out that the 2 sheets of paper were my ticket (my copy & drivers copy) but he was looking for an official 'bus ticket'. Luckily another passenger spoke some English and between him and the ticket office, the confusion was resolved. This issue is not really a "Dislike" more of a point which maybe could be investigated to avoid confusion in future. I obviously understand that I shouldn't expect the driver to speak English. That's a problem that I should be able to cover, not the driver.
