The bus arrived on time in Mostar east. The driver helped us in Zagreb to find the connection from Zagreb to Triest.
The bus from Zagreb to Triest is more comfortable than the one from Mostar to Zagreb.
My name: Bernadette Huser Padua, Italy...Unfortunately, the bus drivers did not speak English. We would have been happy to communicate in basic English with them. Fortunately passengers helped us when we had a question.
The breaks are a bit too long.
The air conditioning was too high and it was rather cold in the bus from Mostar to Zagreb. The air conditioning from Zagreb to Triest was perfect.
We did not like the custom clearance at the border from Croatia to Slovenia. We lost nearly 1 1/2 hours due to the Slovenian customs authority, who controlled every bus. I know that this is not the error of Globtour or Croatia bus. May-be you should mention this fact that buses might be delayed due to the Slovenian customs clearance. This way passengers who buy a bus ticket (from your company) and after arrival in Triest need to take a train connection are aware of this situation.
