I took the 12-13 hour bus ride from Skopje to Dubrovnik. I was told this route (via Albania and Montenegro) was usually packed with North Macedonians who worked in Croatia. But my trip was off-season so only a few passengers onboard. The bus was big, clean, and comfortable. Bus stopped every 2-3 hours to get off, stretch a bit, and go to toilet. The drivers were super nice and polite....Only minus point was that they smoked inside.
