Time keeping and information about delays

Excellent customer support from Get By Bus staff. Thank you very much! Really appreciate quick and prompt response and call back about the bus delay. As well as prompt answering of the emails. It's great to know that there are still companies who employ professional service staff and one does not rely just on mobile apps/or robot online chats without real people. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Get By Bus as a distribution company and great customer service. Thank you. Would definitely book through Get By Bus again....On the route Bratislava - Visoko - at the bus station in Bratislava - the bus disappeared from the information screen on the platform straight after the "scheduled departure time". There was no information about delay or change of the platform or anything. After couple of minutes we called Get By Bus and they checked and advised by return that the bus was delayed and would still arrive to the platform as originally assigned. The driver was a bit abrupt. It would be good to advise the price of the luggage beforehand. We were a bit surprised by 3 eur per piece of luggage no matter what size (even a small backpack cost same as a large suitcase). The drivers did not announce the length of break times on the speaker, so not everyone was heard or was aware how long we are stopping at various toilet breaks. Route - Visoko to Bratislava - we left 15 min earlier to scheduled departure time. And also arrived to Bratislava 2,5 hrs earlier.
