No outdoor seating. These are high-speed passenger-only catamarans, which means no cars, and all seating is indoors. But don’t worry, the large windows offer great views.
Best side for views? Sit left. Heading southeast from Bol to Korčula, choose the left side (port) for the best views of nearby islands. It’s beauuutiful. Also, it’s the shadier side in the morning if you're avoiding direct sun.
Book ahead — ferries fill up fast in summer. This is a popular route in July and August, and seats can go quickly. So, it’s smart to book a few days in advance if you're traveling during peak season, especially on weekends.
Tickets available online or at the port. It’s easiest to book online via Traveling.com (how convenient, right?). You can also buy at the port, but expect lines in high season.
Arrive early to board smoothly. Plan to arrive at the port 20–30 minutes before departure. Boarding can move quickly, and seating is first-come, first-served. And you want the front row views, right?
No cars on this ferry. This route is for passengers only. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, you’ll need to go through Split or Makarska and catch a car ferry to Vela Luka or Korčula Town.
