Bus was spacious and air-conditioned, allocated seating was provided based on online booking....Online ticket was required to be emailed to staff in Herceg Novi bus station, where internet coverage is terrible. Staff printed and charged 4 euro to do this, complete chaos. Paid driver 6 euro to place baggage into the bus so an additional cost of 10 euro in addition to the original cost. No wifi on the bus, for a 12 hour trip, no toilet on the bus, instead stopped at bus stops with putrid hole in the ground toilets and paid .50 euro cents to use.
Would not recommend this trip to anyone.
