Cheap and reasonably comfortable, yet professionalism is lacking
The seats are nice and relaxing. The ride is relatively cheap....The driver was supposed to drop us off at the Southern bus station in Bangkok. At some point we made a stop opposite the station. Two people quickly jumped out. Yet, the driver had not informed the rest of the people that we had arrived at one of the stops. Consequently, I missed my stop and was taken to a place completely out of the direction of my hotel. This cost me a lot of extra time (and money) to arrive at my final destination.
Such behaviour is unprofessional and misses basic communication. Foreign travellers are not familiar with the city and should be informed when/where the bus stops. Thus must improve and is so simple to do...
