Did not take me to the destination on ticket!

The very kind and helpful driver....1. The bus did not stop at my destination, Ruma. When I realised we were headed to the highway after Sabac the driver called my family and organised to have me picked up. It was very stressful and he said that the bus which he had driven for several years never stopped as Ruma. I was following the route on GPS and when I realised that we were not going to Ruma I showed him my ticket and he assisted me. It would have been an even worse experience if I could not speak the language. He said to my cousin’I can’t understand how she was sold a ticket to a destination that we do not stop at’. I have no complaint with the driver or carriage but there is obviously a fault with the Getbus internet ticketing system and it does not inspire me to rebook with Getbus. 2. Rest stops with better food options.
