...We were getting off at a bus stop, the driver acknowledged where we were going & we stored our cases but drove straight past the stop without telling us. We ended up with a 35 min walk with our bags which should’ve been 15. Not great service for tourists. Luckily I had the bus stop on my Apple Maps so knew as soon as he drove past it or we would never have stopped until the next major coach station
