This is not a tourist bus, it's a bus the Macedonians use to get to Croatia. As such you should not expect too much luxury. If you understand what it is then you won't have unrealistic expectations. For me it was fine, a cheap way to get to Skopje....The bus reflects the price. No toilet, very noisy and stops frequently. But hey, if you want those things then cough up the extra cash.
