Skradin is quite a small town, so the walking distance from the bus stop of any bus carrier to the center of the town or the boat dock to enter national park Krka is all within a kilometer. As far as the luggage storage is concerned, the information we had in the comments there is a bit outdated. However, what I know for sure is that the national park itself unfortunately doesn’t offer any luggage storage, and that there was an agency that would keep an eye on the luggage right next to the building of Krka national park. My advice would be (if you have to travel with luggage) to ask the representatives of the national park there what they’d advise for your luggage storage, because I’m sure they have more information about the most recent places in Skradin that offer that service.
