Pickup points are located outside both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, clearly marked with shuttle service signs.

It’s highly recommended to book your seat online or through a mobile app before arrival, especially during weekends, holidays, or peak travel seasons, as availability can be limited. Some services also offer direct hotel drop-offs for extra convenience.

Local Bus

The DAMRI bus service operates three main lines from Juanda International Airport:

  • Route 1 goes to Purabaya (Bungurasih) Bus Terminal.
  • Route 2 goes directly to Tunjungan Plaza in downtown Surabaya.
  • Route 3 heads toward Bunder Gresik.

Buses run approximately every hour between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Tickets are purchased directly from the DAMRI counters located inside the arrivals area before boarding the bus.

All DAMRI buses are air-conditioned, have space for luggage, and provide an affordable and reliable way to reach the city center or connect to longer-distance routes.

Taxi

Taxis are easy to find outside both terminals at Juanda International Airport, with licensed operators offering rides to the city and surrounding areas. To avoid any issues and potential scams, book your taxi at the official counters inside the terminal.

Ride-hailing services like Grab and Gojek are also available, with pickup zones located just outside the main arrivals area.
